When David Connors Jr. was a small child,he was deeply interested in the wildlife around him. He decided that someday, he would make an effort to conserve the wild critteres that lived around his neighborhood. however, after many failed ant farms and the notorious raccoon fiasco of 1999, he gave up on his epic quest.

     While this was happening, another young boy, Mike Kenslea, was growing up on the other side of town, and they had much the same interest in wildlife. However, he was much more interested in photographing the beautiful animals and organisms that he found roaming his neigborhood.

     Then, one fateful day in the year 2007, these two young forces for ecological good met, and the world was never the same. Through their combined talents and effort, we can now see this wo nderful website, and thatnk them for their outstanding work in the field of ecology.
